At Little Victories we pride ourselves on our wonderful staff! We have caring, college-trained teachers that have formal training in Early Childhood, Elementary Education, Sociology, Physical Education, Psychology and Human Services. Our staff meets the needs of your child’s physical, emotional and intellectual needs on a daily basis, and they are dedicated to providing your children the quality care they deserve! Additionally, our staff is always taking continuing education classes to improve their knowledge that pertains to the development of young children. Combined our staff has over 100 years of experience with children…Now that’s impressive!!
Kami (Center Director)
Kami – Kami has been with Little Victories since 2014 and has worked in every classroom. She is a versatile educator who understands child development and is dedicated to helping children make the most of their formative years. She believes in professional development and supporting our staff and families as they navigate day to day challenges of early childhood education and care. She has two children of her own and enjoys traveling in her spare time.
See (Assistant Director)
See – See has been with Little Victories for 9 years and has worked in every age group. She loves kids and has a knack for making them smile. She is a patient and diligent caregiver that wants the best for every child. In her spare time, See enjoys hanging out with her friends and her family which includes three daughters.
Lovely Ladybugs (Infant 1)
Darlene- Darlene has a degree in early childhood education and joined Little Victories in 2017. She loves working with infants because they grow so much in the first year and she loves to see how they develop. She feels that children are very sweet and loves how expressive they can be. Darlene is married and has 4 boys. She likes to read, write, and be with her family in her spare time.
Wiggly Worms (Infant 2)
Kayla – Kayla has a degree in Psychology. She is a loving a devoted caregiver that truly enjoys figuring out what works for each individual child. She loves seeing them grow and develop and feels like she is learning something new every day just as they are!
Curious Caterpillars (Young Toddlers)
Tyler – Tyler joined our team in 2019. She loves the excitement that goes along with caring for children. She enjoys how they are so excited about life and unpredictable too! In her spare time, Tyler enjoys spending time with her 2 daughters.
Busy Bees (Older Toddlers)
Crystal – Crystal joined the LV team in 2013. Crystal’s sense of organization and routine brings comfort to our Busy Bee room. She loves seeing the kids have fun and take on new responsibilities. She believes in her kids and loves to see the pride in their eyes when they accomplish something new! In her spare time, Crystal enjoys spending time with her teenage son, family, and friends.
Delightful Dragonflies (Preschool 1)
Nina – Nina has been teaching preschool with LV since 2013. She has earned her CDA and loves to learn new things to bring into the classroom. What she enjoys most about working with children is seeing them get excited when they learn something new. She is a skilled teacher with a gentle touch, everyone loves Miss Nina! In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her two boys and going to concerts.
Creative Crickets (Preschool 2)
Pam – Pam joined Little Victories in 2015. She has a degree in Art. Pam enjoys working with children because they are so excited to learn and soak everything in like little sponges! She is particularly adept at helping children with sensory issues and takes pride in getting to know what makes each of the children in her class tick. Pam is a talented artist that loves to paint in her spare time.
Fabulous Fireflies (Pre – Kindergarten)
Andi – Andi recently joined Little Victories with many years of experience as a Preschool teacher in Wisconsin. She leads our PreK class with a calm hand, never forgetting that respect, learning, and fun starts with the teacher! In her spare time she enjoys spending every minute with her own children!
